UNBELIEVABLE BARBAROUS MANEUVER - THE CAPITALISTS!

Strikes, we usually hear of railway strike, RTC strike etc. Why should someone go for strike in a well organised system? Why are not there demands being fulfilled in a justified manner? What is the role of capitalists or the heads in strikes? Always are the demands of labour appropriate? Is there any manipulation within the system? These were the queries on my mind when I started research on this matter. The great marxist theory helps us to figure out all these queries in an easy and understandable way. In the point of view of capitalists, their primary motive is to gain profits. But earlier when the capitalism was introduced, the labour was treated in equal with the capitalists or higher officials. They had a value system for the labour according to their services produced. Appropriate wages and work time of labour for the capital invested was a win win situation then. But, as the days passed, the control of the organisation grew with the capitalists making them assume that they are the most powerful and without them, the organisation would doom. Perhaps, this dynamism among the capitalists that they are unconquerable and unsurpassable, led to the conflicts between the labour and them. Where they started treating the workers as slaves arouse the hurt feelings. For instance, if the capital invested requires an everyday of labour for 6 hours, the capitalists contract them for 12 hours and pay them just for 6 hours is unjustness on the part of capitalists. They are so clever that they keep the organisation in their control and sweat the labour to their highest point.

However, slowly the unrest in the minds of labour started blooming. In their perspective, it is injustice. They can work for twelve hours but need their hard work compensated. They have their self respect. They do not earn through illegal means but work hard, hence cannot resist humiliation. But the capitalists with their head weightedness started mistreating the labour without rewarding them for their hardship. This made the labour protest against the capitalists deeds in a smooth way wantIng peace with them. There comes an age, after all your trials in a soft way of negotiation where you cannot withhold the your emotions and group into a union threatening the organisation to accept the demands by means of strike. And the interesting point here is, the capitalists are very clever that they foresee the upcoming strikes of the organisation and keep themselves ready for it. So, in a industrial organisation, where the capitalists predict the time as strike prone, the arrangements made by the capitalists are out of reach of thoughts of an outsider or the labour themselves. They make the labour work for the assumed strike period in advance before the strike actually strikes the organisation. They remain prepared for the future production in order to escape the losses during their doom period. They know their vulnerability that they cannot continue with the strike for a longer time, as their income is at stake. Even if they prolong the strike, their demand would never be fulfilled completely. It would always end up with discounts and negotiation according to what the capitalists want in the end.

Certainly, it is the capitalists who are having an edge over the organisation. The higher officials never accept the negotiation by the labour in the first give, they prolong it as much as possible and then negotiate according to their terms. This finally, seems to appear a win win situation, but it is all the tactics played by the capitalists or the employers. So if the labour demands a hike in the monthly wage for 12 hours of work to 10000 each from 5000 each, they would finally end up with 7000 each agreement. If it is peacefully agreed with the first proposal, the organisation would lose its surplus and slow down. So when the demands are proposed softly, they decide that the deal should end up with 7000 each and when there are protests and strikes, they negotiate using the above stratagem. Convincingly, it now makes us think the other way around far from usual. This was one of the crucial accumen why Karl Marx protested against the capitalism.
