UNFEIGNED OR A SHEER POLICE?

Image
Radhika developed a writing concluding the defects and solutions. "Why is there a need to make a blog on policing system of India in comparision to other countries? Where are we lagging behind? What is the reason for us to still depend on the Police Act of 1861? Why is India's Police institution is named the most corrupt? In the dynamic world with sophisticated technology, why do not we have technology backed cops? Why are America and England still pacing in the forward row of the race in being the best policing institutions? I am here to throw some light on these questions and make it as approachable as possible. America, the most powerful and happening economy of this era. Firstly, there seem many opportunities for innovation and smartness. Thus there is development of technology in every field possible. Whereas in India, the phase of opportunity itself is curbed. When there are no opportunities flow, how can someone come up with an idea? There has to be compensation g...

Shutter of eyes! He could make an obscure vision of three doctors hastily injecting and searing him. He suddenly fathomed that these were the ultimate twinklings of his life, his eyes portraying his family, his nourishing memories with them and his life so far. Govindh pratap, was recognised in the Mughal empire as the kotwal(urban police officer). In those times, kotwal was responsible to maintain law and order of the empire appointing detectives and spies to know the petty issues and gather witness in order to tone down the crimes. As the Kotwal then, he had many responsibilities showering upon him beginning from the time the sun's rays kiss the earth. He had no different attire compared to the army then, with Armour. There worked a Faujdar under him at village level named Raghuvir Singh. That was no approachable society for women in such fields then  but were confined to their households. There was peace when people trusted the kotwals and slept in the...

Image
Bullets rattling. A person shot to death fell from the top of a building, unconscious. It was an execution... Raja, a person of honesty and wit is a reputed civil engineer. He is very responsible and faithful to his work which brought him a recognition from the society. There was no one who did not know Raja in Paidipaka village in west godavari district. The village was green and has no scarcity of water. They pray the river godavari to be the goddess of their survival. But there is always no happiness in one's life. INDIAN FOUNDATION FOR LEGITIMACY AND SECURITY

FIVE PILLARS: Research and Analysis Wing Intelligence Bureau Central Bureau Of Investigation Crime Investigation Department Police and Military Force Research and Analysis Wing as in R&AW was just a surveillance agency until I researched about it few days ago. After research, I understood the criticality of R&AW behind every military action of India in the past. R&AW is a think tank of Indian defense wing which strives to predict the threats from the foreign countries. The structure of R&AW is not known as it is not under the purview of RTI. Just the head as R&AW chief is showcased. Alok Joshi, at present is the chief. It undergoes its activities with the method of spying. Few IPS officers [mostly] selected immediately after giving their civil services exam are mentally tested and are given training in spying. After their training, they are set to be scattered in different parts of the world to spy on their political stability and predict the threats...

OUTBURST OF NATURE

After a very long research on the disasters and their management, here comes out the essence of it. Earthquake, a disturbance in the earth's surface is addressed in this blog. Coming to the point, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Floods, Landslides etc are predominantly massive man eaters. Here, we are concerned of the society, meaning people and their living. Over the years, we have seen many deaths and damages. Let us analyse the recent Uttarakhand Flash Floods of 2013. Thousands of people crossed the styx. we are emerging as one of the powerful economies, they say. Is this the way we are? Without the capacity to save lives of the native people, how can we say we are emerging yet? One particular death not only kills them but psychologically kills their family. So a person is equivalent to a family's worth. such is the value of life. Why is the world such an insecure place which takes away the lives of many with one sweeping disaster? Our country, after the Bhuj earthquake o...

NET NEUTRALITY-A BOON OR BANE?

Image
Today's internet runs on the neutrality principle - equal access of internet to all. More demand for free internet - more congestion Failure of Internet Service Providers' infrastructure with no revenue and investment resulting in low quality speed internet. A regulation against neutrality is being claimed 1) To charge the content providers according to the usage of the internet 2) To make telcos the gatekeepers of every service of ISP like new apps to be registered with them. This regulation ushers monopoly in the internet services Thus from the above mentioned points, it is very clear that there are advantages and disadvantages of net neutrality principle. To the end customers, it is, of course a boon. Then where does the problem originate? Arousal of a counter argument implies the principle having defects. The first three points briefly explain those. But is the introduction of a regulation, the solution for this? Let us look into that with proper understanding o...
